I want to suggest that you do the same every day.
Here’s how it’s done:
Everyday for a week write down the following:
- Three good things that I did today
- Three good things that happened to me today
- Five things that I am grateful for
- Five good qualities of mine
It may seem like a simple thing, but there are days that we have to really try hard to write these things down. It’s about reminding yourself and understanding that there are good things which surround you. Practice with this list and soon your thinking process begins to change and so brings light into your life.
